Guarantee - We offer a full 30 day unconditional money back guarantee on all unopened products that are in resell condition. Please notify us immediately of any order that is unsatisfactory and we will try to resolve the problem. All clearance and final sale items are not returnable.

To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping we recommend that you insure the shipment for it's full value.

Payments - We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Checks, and Money Orders. Your orders will be charged at the time of shipment. All payments are made in U.S. currencies. No COD orders.

Order By Mail - If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information over the internet you may pay for your order by Money Order or Personal Check, you may add items to your cart, register your name, shipping address and e-mail address on the on-line form. Backorders - In case one of the items you ordered is not in stock a second shipment will be sent to you within 10-15 days with no additional shipping charges. You will only be charged for products shipped to you.

Shipping charge and method - We charge a flat rate of $4.95 on all orders no matter how large the order is. We do not penalize our customers for large purchases. All orders are shipped UPS GROUND 3-5 business days average delivery time from time order is placed. We are one of the fastest in the industry. (Shipping charge for international orders will vary depending on destination and weight. We will only charge the exact amount of our cost to ship. You can write for a shipping quote.) All merchandise is carefully packed before leaving our warehouse.

Puerto Rico and Hawaii - Hawaii shipments are always UPS 2nd Day Air. Puerto Rico shipments are UPS 2nd Day Air or Priority Mail. Virgin Island shipments are priority mail only. Balance or freight will be added to customer's invoice amount.

When will my product be shipped? - Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days (weekend and holidays excluded). Please allow 3-5 days bank clearance for orders that are paid by personal checks.

Cancel an order - You may cancel your order if you e-mail us before your order is shipped. Shipment can be as soon as 24 hours after you place your order, or within three working days.
